在澳洲有个头疼脑热的，如果你是学护理或者医学相关的，自然懂的词多，可以描述。如果你不是学医的，想说两句简单的话描述自己的症状，那么这些词肯定能用上。

感冒篇：

我得了感冒/重感冒： I have got a cold/bad cold。

我喉咙痛：I have a sore throat。

我咳嗽了两天了：I have coughed for two days。

咳痰：I have a productive cough。

黄色痰：Yellowish sputum.

干咳：dry cough.

头痛：headache.

发热：fever, temperature

鼻塞：blocked nose

头晕：dizzy, faint

流感：influenza/flu

肠胃篇：

我胃痛：I have a stomach pain/stomache/My stomach is upset.

下腹痛：lower abdo/abdomen pain.

我从昨天晚上起吐了两次了：I have two vomits since yesterday.

我腹泻：I have diarrhea.

我从上午起大便了五次：I have had five bowel movements this morning.

水样便：watery feces

还有一些固体的：with solid pieces.

我完全没食欲：I dont have appetite at all.

我不想吃东西：I dont feel like eating anything.

我恶心：I am feeling sick/nausea.

我烧心：I have heartburn.

口腔篇：

我上面有一颗牙痛。One of my upper teeth is painful/aching.

我一颗牙松了。One of my teeth is loose。

我牙龈肿了：My gum is inflammed.

洗牙：clean teeth.

牙敏感：sensitive teeth.

假牙：denture.

牙上的牙菌斑：plaque.

皮肤篇：

过敏：allergy

疹子：rash.

由于过敏或者感染造成的皮肤表皮脱落，看起来红一片的皮肤状态：excoriation

皮肤表皮的撕裂：skin tear.

皮肤连带肉的撕裂：skin laceration.

我皮肤痒：My skin is itching.

青春痘：pimple.

水泡：blister

分泌物：exudation.

骨科：

我崴了脚： I twisted my ankle.

骨折：fracture.

绷带：bandage.

石膏：plaster.

我右胳膊举不起来了：I cant lift my right arm.

我手动不了了：I cant move my hand.

我左腿特别痛：I feel a pain in my left leg.

手腕：wrist.

我走不了路了：I can t walk.

我疼得睡不着觉：This pain is terrible and keeps me awake.

简单描述自己的状态：

断断续续：on and off/time to time.

我没力气：I am feeling weak.

我失眠了：I lost my sleep.

医生可能会说的话：

让我来量一下你的血压：Let me take your blood pressure.

哪儿疼：Where is your pain?

胸片：chest X-Ray

深呼吸：Deep breath.

问题不大：nothing serious.

有点感染：You have got infection.

你需要手术：Your condition may need surgery therapy.

退烧药：a medicine to reduce the temperature.

止疼片：pain killer/relief

打针：injection.

抗酸药（胃药）：Anti-acid Medicine.

止咳糖浆：cough syrup.

处方药：prescription.

乳膏：cream/lotion.

口服药：oral medicine.

外用药：topical use.

膏药： patch
